Bostwick Design Partnership was selected as the architect, and continues to collaborate with American Health Facilities Development (the Project Manager), and Robins & Morton (Construction Manager) on the current, and 7th phase of development. Phase 1 was a 4-story 100,000 SF inpatient bed tower addition including ICU, ASU, and OB units and support spaces. Phase 1 success reinforced the benefits of a collaborative approach, and the continuous flow of design and construction work cemented a partnership between the Owner, Architect, and CM that now includes Design Assist trades. Each subsequent phase of work added complexity, stepping farther into the campus infrastructure. Phased improvements included a physical therapy wing, a heart and vascular center, a cancer care center, and administrative support spaces. Recently the team took on adding a new emergency department in order to expand and rebuild a comprehensive, state of the art imaging and surgery suite in place, requiring seven phases of construction within existing operational departments.

Since 1962, Bostwick Design Partnership has worked to impact the way patients heal, students learn, employees work, and communities are served through architecture.
