The owner wanted to maintain a central location of the facility to provide access for the community. So, this new opportunity was a renovation of an existing facility to match the previously new building design and construction. The interior layout, like the West Side, was designed to allow for natural light, clear workflow, and easy wayfinding throughout the facility.
