This project consists of the renovation of half of the existing fourth floor of the 11000 Cedar building located in the University Circle neighborhood of Cleveland. These renovations provide workshop, office, meeting, and collaboration spaces for the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center Advanced Manufacturing group.
The design team led a rapid and unconventional design process to deliver a facility tailored to the unique needs of a department that provides realistic, patient data-based, diagnostic models for VA caregivers around the country.
The Advanced Manufacturing group’s primary programmatic feature is a manufacturing workshop that houses the largest 3D printing workshop for the Veterans Health Administration.
