The design challenge was to provide high-performance office and conference space for the law firm, and to do so in a way that supports the client’s design aesthetic and rational thinking. The foremost design objective was to capitalize on the available daylight and flood the interior with natural luminance while maintaining essential privacy for the partner offices. The design also maximizes transparency to enhance views and create an inviting environment.
